At Seramika, we do our best to deliver your order as quickly and carefully as possible. Below you will find all information about delivery times, shipping and pickup.

Delivery times

The expected delivery day depends on when you order:

  • Ordered on weekdays before 13:00Delivered within 2 business days
  • Ordered on weekdays after 13:00Delivered within 3 business days
  • Ordered during the weekendDelivered on Tuesday

Please note: the delivery times shown are indicative. In most cases, your order will be delivered according to this schedule, but due to busy periods, transport planning or unforeseen circumstances, delivery may sometimes differ.

Track & trace

Once your order has been processed and scheduled for shipment, you will receive a track & trace by email. This allows you to follow the delivery and see the latest delivery information.

How will my order be delivered?

Tiles and other heavy materials are usually delivered by transport. Delivery takes place up to the public paved road, next to the truck. The carrier does not bring the goods inside and does not remove products from the pallet.

Please make sure someone is present to receive the order and that there is enough space for delivery.

Check your order upon receipt

Check the order immediately after delivery and always before processing or installing the tiles. Pay attention to quantities, visible damage and whether the correct products have been delivered. Once tiles have been processed or installed, checking afterwards is often more difficult.

Pickup

Pickup is possible by appointment. Would you prefer to collect your order yourself? Contact us via WhatsApp or the app so we can agree on a suitable pickup time together.

Pickup without an appointment is not possible, because we need to check in advance whether your order is ready and when it is available.

Delivery outside the Netherlands or to the Wadden Islands

Delivery outside the Netherlands or to the Wadden Islands is possible on request. Please contact us so we can review the options and any additional costs.
